At Jenn Lane Design we are committed to customer satisfaction. Because of this, we prefer not to print and mail order without first sending and receiving feedback from a digital proof. This digital proof will be sent to you within 24-48 hours for invitations and business cards. To expedite your order quickly respond with your feedback and any corrections or adjustments you would like us to make before we ship.

Immediately following your approval of the digital proof we will print and ship your order within 24-48 hours. If we do not receive a response from the sent digital proof within 48 hours we will continue with the ordering process.

For original logo designs a digital proof will be sent within 2-3 business days, iterations of designs will begin following customer input. Simply request an expedited order in the additional comments section of your order process. At no additional charge. Unless specified to do otherwise, we will only wait 12-24 hours following a sent digital proof to receive feedback. Simply send an email with your name and tracking number requesting information regarding your order status to questions@jennlanedesign.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the latest information on your order. There are many factors in determining when your order will arrive, type of purchase, timeliness of response from digital proof, and shipping method. You can call us at 321-507-2292, or email us. Yes, these will be up shortly! In most cases yes. The earlier you contact us the better! Almost any change can be made prior to printing and shipping out your order. Once your order has been printed and shipped changes cannot be made without a transaction fee that can vary with your ordered product. No we do not. You can however requested printed samples. The difference is that a sample will not have your name/information on it. Yes, printed samples are available and highly encouraged.

Samples cost $1 for any business card or wedding product we offer.Samples can be ordered here. Your order will normally be processed within 24-48 hours. Yes custom colors can be requested. Allow for a little extra processing time for materials to arrive. In most situations this can be provided at little or no additional charge. Yes you can! At Jenn Lane Design we pride ourselves on our small business environment and flexibility. If you would like something altered in an invitation we will try our best to accommodate you with no additional charge. If a full re-design is required additional fees may be required. Our invitations are printed on 24 lb to 70 lb linen paper with a cardstock Bazzill Basics backing in Burlap texture.

Custom colors and papers can be ordered by request. Lined envelopes provide additional protection for your wedding cards while they are being processed through the mail system. An image comparing the two types of envelopes can be found here. Photocards require images with the extension .jpg of .gif, with a resolution of 300 dpi or more. The sooner the better. Within 24 hours is recommended in order to receive your product in a timely manner. You can email them herewith your full name in the subject line.
